Efficient CSV workflows enable rapid subdomain deployment and systematic network management.

Planning Bulk Operations

Before Creating CSV Files

  1. Plan Your Subdomain Structure

Niche-Based Structure:

dental-implants

cosmetic-dentistry

orthodontics

pediatric-dentistry

oral-surgery

teeth-whitening

[…etc…]

Location-Based Structure:

chicago-dentist

newyork-dentist

miami-dentist

seattle-dentist

[…etc…]

Combined Structure:

dental-implants-chicago

dental-implants-newyork

cosmetic-dentistry-chicago

cosmetic-dentistry-newyork

[…etc…]

  1. Research Keywords in Advance

Don’t:

  • Create subdomains first, add keywords later
  • Use generic keywords for all subdomains

Do:

  • Research specific keywords for each subdomain
  • Have keyword lists ready before CSV creation
  • Match keywords to subdomain focus
  1. Plan Content Schedule

Determine:

  • When each subdomain should start publishing
  • Staggered start dates vs. simultaneous launch
  • Daily post limits per subdomain
  1. Prepare SEO Metadata

For Each Subdomain:

  • Unique meta title
  • Unique meta description
  • Relevant focus keywords
