Understanding the Report Data Each campaign entry shows: Campaign Name: Identifies the specific backlink campaign Keyword: The keyword that was replaced or used for targeting Backlinks(s): Number of backlinks created or target URLs Subdomains: Where the backlinks were placed Example Interpretation: If you see “TSD Tutorial 2026-Niche Edit System-Google Map Embed” with keyword “kw” showing a long Google Maps URL, this means a Google Map was embedded in articles containing the keyword “kw” across the Amazon subdomain. Best Practices for Client Reporting Generate reports monthly: Provide regular updates to clients on backlink creation progress Include context: When sending reports to clients, include explanations of campaign types Track cumulative progress: Generate reports periodically to show total backlinks created over time Archive reports: Download and save reports for your records and client history
