License Management controls your access to Turbo Subdomains features, determines your subdomain limits, and manages license activation, renewal, and expiration. Understanding your license tier and status is essential for planning your subdomain network and ensuring uninterrupted service.

 

Understanding License Status

Your license determines the capabilities and limits of your Turbo Subdomains installation.

 

Accessing License Information

Navigate to TurboSubdomains → License to view your complete license details.

 

  • License Tier: Platinum
  • License Status: ACTIVE
  • Activation Date: When license was first activated
  • Expiration Date: When current license period ends
  • Days Remaining: Countdown to expiration
  • Renewal Date: When license will auto-renew (if applicable)

 

License Tiers and Limits

Turbo Subdomains offers four license tiers:

Starter License:

  • Subdomain Limit: 100 subdomains
  • Use Case: Small networks, testing, single projects
  • Best For: Individual freelancers, small agencies, single-niche sites

Silver License:

  • Subdomain Limit: 250 subdomains
  • Use Case: Growing networks, multiple projects
  • Best For: Growing agencies, multi-niche operations, medium networks

Gold License:

  • Subdomain Limit: 500 subdomains
  • Use Case: Large networks, multiple clients
  • Best For: Established agencies, large PBNs, extensive networks

Platinum License:

  • Subdomain Limit: 1,000 subdomains
  • Use Case: Enterprise-scale networks
  • Best For: Large agencies, massive PBNs, enterprise operations

Important Notes:

  • All license tiers access identical features
  • Only subdomain limit differs between tiers
  • Licenses are single-site only (one WordPress installation per license)
  • No limit on posts per subdomain
  • No limit on campaigns or content generation

 

What Happens When License Expires

Immediate Effects:

  1. Subdomains Convert to Categories
    All subdomains automatically revert to standard WordPress categories.

Before Expiration:

https://dental-implants.yourdomain.com → Subdomain

https://cosmetic-dentistry.yourdomain.com → Subdomain

 

After Expiration:

https://yourdomain.com/category/dental-implants → Category

https://yourdomain.com/category/cosmetic-dentistry → Category

 

Important: Content is NOT deleted. All posts remain accessible via category URLs.

  1. Content Generation Disabled
  • Post campaigns stop running
  • No new AI content generated
  • Scheduled posts do not publish
  • RSS/News API imports cease
  • YouTube campaign imports halt
  1. Niche Edit System Disabled
  • Keyword replacement stops
  • No new backlinks created
  • Existing backlinks remain in content (not removed)
  1. Content Manipulation Disabled
  • Overlays stop displaying
  • Static blocks removed from new posts (existing remain)
  • Header/footer placements stop displaying
  • URL redirects cease functioning
  1. Project Management Limited
  • Cannot add new customers
  • Cannot generate new backlink reports
  • Existing reports remain viewable
  • Keyword research disabled

What Remains Functional:

  • All existing content remains published
  • All posts remain accessible (as categories)
  • Existing backlinks in content remain
  • Static blocks in existing posts remain
  • Settings remain configured
  • Campaign configurations saved

 

License Transfer Process

License transfer is required when moving Turbo Subdomains to a different domain or WordPress installation.

 

When License Transfer is Needed

Common Scenarios:

  • Moving site to new domain name
  • Rebuilding WordPress installation on same domain

 

License Transfer Limitations

Single-Site License:

  • Each license activates on ONE WordPress installation
  • Cannot run simultaneously on multiple sites
  • Must deactivate on old site before activating on new site
