Navigate to Logs in the left sidebar to access all logging functions.

Understanding Log Types

Turbo Subdomains maintains several different types of logs, each serving a specific purpose:

Available Log Types:

  1. Image Logs – Tracks image fetching and insertion
  2. Post Logs – Records post campaign activities
  3. Debug Logs – Detailed technical logs for troubleshooting
  4. Content Automation Logs – Specific to AI and automation campaigns
  5. Background Processes – Shows all background tasks
  6. Post Now Logs – Tracks immediately executed campaigns
  7. Sample Run Logs – Records test campaign executions
  8. Subdomain Upload Logs – Monitors bulk subdomain creation
  9. Campaign Reports – Overview of all campaign statuses

Important: Some logs are only visible if enabled in Feed Settings → Post Settings. Image Logs and Post Logs are enabled by default. Debug Logs must be manually enabled and should only be activated when troubleshooting with support.

Enabling/Disabling Logs

Navigate to Settings → Feed Settings → Post Settings section:

Image Logs: Checkbox to enable/disable image activity logging Post Logs: Checkbox to enable/disable post campaign logging
Debug Logs: Checkbox to enable/disable detailed debug information

Best Practice: Keep Debug Logs disabled unless actively troubleshooting with Turbo Subdomains support. Debug logs can consume significant storage space and are primarily for development purposes.

Image log: This log contains the information about all the images which are used in the posts. You can clear the logs using ‘Clear All Logs’ button at the top right corner. The search box helps you find the specific post or the image.

Post Log: The logs for campaigns except content automation are here in this tab. You can see the Post Campaigns and Article Manipulation campaigns’ logs here.

Debug Log: The debug log is only available here if it is enabled in the feed settings. When you have any problem in the TSD system on your domain, debug logs help our developers team to diagnose it, and resolve it as soon as possible.

Content Automation: All the Content Automation campaigns are logged here. The ‘Actions’ column helps you view the detailed process log to detect or identify the issues, if any.

Background Processes: This log contains all the background processes that were added recently. Like- delete categories

Post Now: All the campaigns, which are not scheduled and were created to run once, are logged here.

Sample Run: The sample runs of any post campaigns are logged here.

Subdomain Upload: Bulk subdomain upload, through CSV and bulk upload through upload form, are logged here. You can view Process log, Current process data, and Log data using the actions column.
