< Back Main TSD Reports Reports URL Report Print PostedAugust 10, 2023 UpdatedAugust 10, 2023 ByTSDadmin This function allows you to create a list of URLs based on the filters for publishing date, Keyword/s, and categories. For example- you need X number of URLs containing a specific keyword from one or multiple categories, for one of your back-linking projects. Then you can fill this information in the input fields, and you will get your list. If you have created any reports earlier, you will see these reports in the table. There are some column that give a brief information about the report. Title This column shows the names of reports. Category It shows the categories from which URLs have been collected. Keyword This is the keyword for which the URLs have been fetched. Total URLs It shows the total number of URLs fetched in the report. Articles before It is the date which was used to filter the URLs by publishing date. Edit If you have made any mistake creating the report, this action button allows you to edit this report, and make changes according to your need. Delete You can use this button to delete this report if you no longer need it. Add New URL Report You nee to hit the ‘Add New URL Report’ button at the top right corner. The input fields here are- Report Title You can enter any title here, this title only means providing a name to this redirect campaign. Keyword to search In this field you can enter multiple keywords. All the posts havings these keywords will be fetched for the redirect, but after this, the next filter would be applied to the list. Articles before You can select a date from the calendar and the articles before that date would become eligible for this campaign. Description You can enter any text that best describes this campaign. For example- Start Date- 20 Oct 2022, Total KWs to be replaced- 89, Total number of days this campaign would be running after the start- 14, Categories selected- Cat1 Cat2 Cat5, Cat9. Number of URLs to find You can enter manually or use the little chevrons for increasing or decreasing the number. If there are a plenty of URLs containing the KW provided and meet the ‘Articles Before’ criteria, from the selected categories/subdomains, it will list the URLs of the number provided. If there are not enough URLs it will show whatever number of URLs meet above criteria. Select Category All your categories for the site are listed here. You can select multiple categories in the list using ⌘+Click(Mac) and Ctrl+Click(Windows). You may encounter a pop up saying ‘No posts found….’, this pops up because the keyword you want to replace has not been found in any post of the selected category. Select URLs You can select the URLs from the list, and generate the report. After selecting the desired posts, you should hit the ‘Generate URL Report’ button at the bottom right corner. You can now see your newly created URL report in the list.
